Our talented graphic artists will prepare your logo for printing and mockup a virtual proof of your artwork on each item(s).
Email your logo/artwork to email@example.com or upload it directly via your client portal.
Vector artwork is preferred which allows us to size your artwork without distortion or pixelization. Vector files typically have a file type ending in .eps, .svg, .ai, or sometimes .pdf. If you don’t have vector artwork, don’t worry. Send us what you have, and we will do our best to convert it. For detailed, complex images, the conversion to vector may be outsourced for a nominal charge.
Any picture (a.k.a., raster) images need to be 300 dpi when scaled to actual print size to achieve the best resolution.
Our graphic team will work with you until each item has the artwork just the way you want it. Note: there may be some limitations in the imprint process restricting the imprint methods used, minimum text size and available colors.
We will send you the final quote and virtual proof(s) for approval. Please respond with your approval to start the order.
We will not place any orders without your APPROVAL!
Once your approval is received, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement that your order has been placed with the agreed upon order details. This is typically the amount you will be invoiced. There may be situations, however, where we reserve the right adjust the actual invoice. Some of these exceptions may include 1) actual shipping charges are more, or less, than the original estimate, 2) there was an overrun, or underrun, on a particular product, and 3) there were errors or omissions in the original order.
We will diligently track every part of your order through the process to ensure it is received and delivered to you on time.
Most orders are shipped to Nifty Promotions where they are inspected for quality, completeness and accuracy.
If the order does not meet our high-standards for quality control, we will take appropriate actions to resolve the issue. You will be notified if any issues impact your order or delivery date.
Most items are then repackaged, labeled, and scheduled for delivery. Please let us know when ordering if there are any special delivery instructions.
Orders for local customers will be personally delivered by our friendly delivery driver. You will always know the delivery is from us by the Nifty Promotions delivery van.
When your order is delivered, you may be asked to check out your items. We love to make sure you are as excited about your promotional products as we are and you are completely satisfied with every order.
Once you are completely satisfied with your order, we will email you an invoice that can be paid online or by mail.
Since we do not require an upfront deposit, prompt payment is greatly appreciated. For orders over $1,000, we ask for payment via ACH or mail a check. This helps us keep overhead to a minimum and continue to offer you the best prices possible.
